WORKSHOPS-TRAININGS:

Training-workshops offer an opportunity for further investigation and practice on key strategic issues.
They have 2 characteristics: they focus on key issues and offer coaching based on the participants’ actual situations. We do not use virtual simulations.

Practicalities

Training-Workshops develop along 2 phases : first a general presentation of basic guidelines, then a coaching session to help you in your own practice and situation. More over, coaching gives additional opportunity to learn from each other.
These sessions are usually of half a day’s duration.

Setting up a ‘champion’ team

Creating team skills based on the personal growth of people and of your business, under the supervision of your manager.
Teamwork can be an occasion for endless meetings resulting in tiring, useless debate. Such occasions not infrequently generate failure scenarios, however they can also be a place for breakthrough, efficiency, innovation and a means of fulfilment for your whole company.
This workshop is meant for personnel involved in teamwork. It helps them to lay down the bases of first-class team practices through very practical ways of working.

Being Assertive 1: developing lasting co-operation

In a company as anywhere else, differences, and various forms of sensitivities may cause tensions, which often become drawbacks, affecting relations between persons as well as team performances.
The practice of paying attention to one’s needs, and of presenting one’s requests in a simple, open manner is a way of re-establishing good relationships and as a consequence positive outcomes.

New Challenges

New challenges involve developing your capacity to progress, setting goals, taking risks and being successful.
New challenges may be discouraging or a source of pleasure. This coaching workshop is based on one exercise. It is designed for teams and individuals. It helps them to realise how their plans are influenced by unconscious choices, and to modify those plans in order to better reach their objectives

Being Assertive 2 : Securing lasting co-operation

In a company as anywhere else, differences, and various forms of sensitivities may cause tensions which often become drawbacks, affecting relations between persons as well as team performances.
For those who have already practiced identifying and presenting requests in a simple, open way (Cf. Being Assertive 1), this workshop will take you a step further. It will help you to discover ways of apologizing: of offering, or accepting apologies, and putting this into practice in the work place.
